Our Kickstarter campaign reached it's $35k funding goal in 3 days, and rose to a little over $100k duing the 30-day campaign, enough to build and launch two twin satellites, Ardusat-1 and X.

Twin 1U Cubesats, deployed from ISS for 1-year lifetime
World's first crowd-funded satellites
Payload(s): Arduino payload computer, color camera, Ardusat sensor package

My Role:

Designed the satellites, using a combination of COTS parts and Cubesat-custom
Performed assembly and testing of the satellites
Integration in to JAXA orbital deployer
